Time: 2-3 hours weekday mornings at various elementary schools

Agenda:  An Elder from a First Nations/ Metis tribe will engage in storytelling.  Their will be a Q&A period where the children can ask questions regarding Indigenous folklore. The students will then paint a painting based on the Indigenous story.

Ages: Grade 1 to Grade 6

 

Supplies to Bring:​ 1 apron (acrylic paint is non-toxic and washable, but would like to avoid spillage if possible)

​

Instructor will provide the canvas, paint, foam paint brushes, and glitter.

​

A class picture of their art will be uploaded to my website or the school's website.
